Privacy policy

This site collects three things: standard usage analytics through Google Analytics 4, the email address you submit if you sign up for update alerts, and the access logs any web host keeps. It runs no ads, sells no data, and loads no trackers beyond the one analytics tag. Email info@mhsbsolutions.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Analytics

This site loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which uses cookies and similar identifiers to report how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We read these reports in aggregate to see which pages help readers; we do not use them to identify individuals. Google processes this data as our analytics provider, and Google's privacy policy and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on apply to it. Blocking cookies or scripts in your browser breaks nothing here; every page on this site works without them.

Update alerts

The alert signup form collects exactly one field: your email address. It is stored by Netlify Forms, our host's form service, and used for exactly one purpose, the alerts described next to the form: one email when a state issues a new opinion, rule, or guidance. No newsletter padding, no marketing sequences, and no sharing your address with anyone. To unsubscribe or have your address deleted, email info@mhsbsolutions.com and we will do both promptly.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which, like any web host, keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations. Those logs are retained under Netlify's privacy policy.

What this site does not do

No advertising, no ad-tech, no social media pixels, no fingerprinting scripts, no sale or sharing of personal information, no accounts, and no data collection beyond the three categories above. Fonts are self-hosted, so pages make no third-party font requests. The downloadable datasets contain public legal instruments and court decisions, never reader data.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@mhsbsolutions.com. That covers alert-signup addresses and anything else identifiable that reaches us. Analytics data sits in Google's systems under the controls linked above.

Changes

This page states our practices as of August 4, 2026. Material changes get a dated entry on the public changelog, like every other change to this site.
